Wally is the fourth-youngest child of The Scott Family and the second-youngest of the Scott brothers. His twin sister is Wanda. His annoying habit is playing in the mud.
Personality[]
Wally is a manly man. He enjoys playing in the mud and is not afraid to get his hands dirty. He takes pleasure in filth of all kinds. Despite his gross habits, he is very loving towards his family. He's also the expert plumber of the family.
Appearance[]
Wally has reddish orange hair and lacks his two front teeth, like his female twin does. He wears a dark red small cap, black sneakers, a lilac blue shirt under red overalls, and white gloves.
His nightwear is a red nightshirt.
His swimsuit is white shorts and a red Hawaiian shirt.
